The store smells musty. Much of the ice cream looked old. We got 2 sundaes, we both had a few ice chips in our ice cream. On the upside, it was cheap.

Last night 8/31/15, this store closed 15 minutes early. It's sad because we were going to get a whole lot of ice cream that night, but instead they lost my business entirely. It's really frustrating when they show such a lack of integrity (not even being open till the time that it says on the door) as well as such a lack of commitment to their customers. So much for customer service, they didn't even care enough to let me in the door when they should be open. I mean, I understand if it was 2, or 3, or even 5 minutes, but 15 minutes? Really? I'll be going somewhere else for my ice cream from now on.
